Examples of encouraging activities:
A jar where kids can drop a marble on each time
they do a positive thing. Once the jar is full, give
your students a reward.
Give brownie points to optimistic students. The
more points, well the more brownies of course!
Have a poster in class with printed positive
statements. Make each student finish a sentence
per day, stated out loud. Example: “I am awesome
because…”
Set up a classroom board where classmates can
give compliments to fellow classmates.
